Nope but if it has the two pin holes, its a circa 1770s Shoe Buckle.

Thanks, that would be pretty wild if it's 1700's . I can't seem to find pinholes but on the back there are 2 jagged areas where it looks like something was attached before and broke off

The pin holes or attachments should be under the roses.

Yep found the pinholes they were filled with dirt
. Man that is awesome. thank you so much I've spent hours online trying to match this up but with no luck

Thanks again, besides historical value do you think it carries any other value? Would love to know the story behind it. Also found 2 civil war era bullets And a mini ball, 2 old spoons, the head off a digging hoe, and an ancient flattened salt shaker
