Hey all, sorry I've been off the grid for a while. Been super busy. This weekend I was in England detecting and found some very cool things:

King John cut hammered halfpenny, probably a class 5b/5c. The moneyer is Ricard B, London. Struck somewhere between 1205-1210!!!!!

This is probably a Celtic token, around 1500s/1600s. Working on a proper ID:

And an early 1900s Charles Jennens London livery button:

You don't need to go to England to find hammered ;)

That cut silver is pretty incredible, 800 year old coins don't show up every day.

Great finds! My buddies were just over there for a week & made some killer finds. Were you over there on business? Good to see you back!

If I want to find one over here I need to get far away from where you hunt.
