Went back to the three cent site. I missed this one last time. (as well as 1 lead, and a piece of pewter spoon)

1806 or 07, 1P, I believe. Do you think it was recycled into a button, or used on a string for a kid to spin ? Holes are a bit far apart for a button.

Yep spacing looks right for a buzzer but who really knows. Probably more than a few possibilities.

BTW it's 1799. (Halfpenny)

(Not much difference in diameter between those two.)
Cool, makes the 7th coin from the 1700's this year.

Its makes the find more personal other than just a coin that was passed along..

I have found 3 button coins this year so far..
