Nice Finds
I am going to have go with truly blessed on this one. Most people I know find a few rotten memorial cents with beginners luck. Really cool coins.

Beautiful coin. I'm still looking for my first spanish silver. The picture of that field has me drooling. You could hunt that all season and not swing the coil over the same spot twice. I hope you get a few more keepers out of there. Good luck!

What a awesome job and a great find. I was trying to recognize that spot but no luck.. LOL

Re: Keepin' it Reale in 1733 near '31 Capped

Wow, if you're in the U.S. I'm callin' it beginners luck, and if you're in Europe, I'm still callin' it beginners luck, nice digs.

FYI - Beginners luck isn't bad, my first coin was an 1840 half-dime. Keep at it.

Wow that is an awesome find. That field looks just like a spot close to my in-laws in PA. I take it you did your research first right? Keep us posted on what you find.

WOWZERS! I guess the "Coin Whisperer" was wrong on this one--Big Time! That's one HECK of an old site. Congratulations on two spectacular coins, buddy.

Man, on top of that capped bust, now this! You're making us M-6 owners proud! I'm sitting here with about 4 inches of fresh snow, and it was below zero this morning, so the only detecting I get to do is through you good folks in warmer climes. Mind if I come visit and help you detect that field, I'm sick of snow and cold and going through major detecting withdrawals.

Nice finds, nice pics, and I hope you have continued good luck! Keep swinging and take care...

Wow! You all are wonderful. This is actually our family's land....I did no research....I just started looking for cool stuff.....this is very fun.

Re: Keepin' it Reale in 1733 near '31 Capped

One of the best looking dug reales I've seen. WTG! Is it a half reale or a one reale? A half reale is smaller than a dime and a one reale is a little bigger than a dime. Also, what state are you hunting in?

Re: Keepin' it Reale in 1733 near '31 Capped

Danny, you are on a roll 1st a capped bust Dime...and now a Reale...AWESOME ..you must of felt like you were seeing things the past few days

keep up the fantastic finds and HH
