When I showed all my finds to Blingie, he fainted! ;)

I don't ALWAYS find a lot and/or goods! :dontknow:

That's the greatest thing. The chance that any hole can be THE one! :)
Makes days like this tolerable. :)

Thanks!

Yep... Been there! But that next target could be the one!!! Just all part of the hobby we love.

If it was too easy, would it be as rewarding?

I hunted an old school for over seven hours one day, all I found besides trash was one 60's Memorial cent. A few days ago I hunted a 1920's yard for a good 3 hours: some new change and 2 50's wheat pennies. Those hunts definitely keeps it in perspective!:BangHead::laughing7:

did't do much better today found 2 wheaties and a junk ring

Go to plan C . Find a hill and detect the south or west side and the top. I haven't had much luck on the north and east sides.
Six feet around all the trees . Along creeks are good.
Watch for old bottles sticking out of the creek banks. Woods connecting to a park are good.
Once you start finding old coins in the woods you'll never want to detect the mowed areas in a park anymore.

I've been wondering about "Blingie". Did he come with your Gieco insurance policy, or is he just someone you dug up? :icon_scratch:

I actually eye balled him back awhile ago now. I kinda liked seeing him mixing in with the finds. Since then he's taken on the role of trying on all the bling I find. So, I named him Blingie. :dontknow: LOL

By that criteria I should be calling my wife "Blingie", too.
