Just say'n Hey!

My name is Wade and I'm in the hoosier hills of southern Indiana.I bought an old white 4900/d 20 years ago but haven't done much with it.Now that I'm retired I hope to learn how to use this thing.I know it's not the latest n' greatest but niether is my income.
I'm sure,since I really don't know what I'm doing I'll be asking some dumb questions so when I get to become too much to take,blame it on River Rat! That's how I found y'all! Hope to learn a lot and get to the point I can help others in return.
I'll just throw this out there for starters: I never hear about grave yards! Is it "the big taboo"? I've got an old one or two but don't want to do anything I shouldn't.

Twenty years......you been missing the good stuff for twenty years!!! Cemetery's are a NO NO,if you have old ones around where did them folks live,that's where you want to check,private property,just learn to dig a NEAT plug!! Of course you'll find other spots too,just be warned........it's additive.

Thanks for the words of welcome Chris. Didn't know about the graveyard thing but was curious as to never hearing about it so had to throw it out there.I know of 2 with revolutionary war graves. Thought it was interesting.

Well,It's good to be welcomed! I must clarify though,I wasn't considering actually digging in the graveyards. Just though how many times I've seen stuff that people dropped or left and the mowing crews pickup there must be a lot of surface stuff.
Anywho stand by,I'll have another question any time,since I don't even know anyone with an MD,just noone to learn from.
