Just got my new Sand Shark - First Impressions

Sand Shark Rod problem solved

Hi All: still have not been able to unfreeeze the two lower shafts on the Sand Shark. Called Tesoro today and spoke to the owner Vince, who is sending me two replacement rods. He could not have been nicer nor more concerned. I will send him the two that are frozen together so that he can check it out. Naturally, he wants to make sure the problem is not systemic. Unhappy customers he does not want.

I am very pleased at this level of service.

Thanks to all who have offered advice. I appreciate it.

Now to find some gold!
