Sound legal advice. So not only am I committing multiple felonies, the "double barrel shotgon' that you APPROVE for me is now empty.
Joe Biden used to be a lawyer. Must have been an awesome one.

My thoughts on this?
He KNOWS this is not only illegal, but dangerous and stupid.
He WANTS people to do this to further justify his personal brand of dislike for those who wish to own more than a double barrel shotgun.

Why do I think this?
Why do I think that a former bar certified attorney and VP of the United States, and a person that could possibly lead this country if something happened would be so nefarious?

Simple.

Because the fact that he could be both of those things and be so STUPID and NAIVE as to suggest that you do that is too scary for me to comprehend.

I thought Biden said for the woman to go outside and shoot in the air, and it would scare them off. Then a police chief came on the news and said it was illegal to shoot a shotgun in the air. Then someone came out with a video showing women getting knocked on their butts shooting shotguns, and it ended with a little bitty gal squeezing of a number of .223's with no problem. I think there must be something in the Washington air that if a person breathes it too long, it creates stupid. Or maybe they eat stupid every morning for breakfast, I don't really know. In the navy it was called "practical factors," and none of the so called leaders of this country seem to have any. Joe Biden is living proof there should be birth control, not gun control. OK, that's a joke, I know there are a couple of guys on here with very little humor. Get over yourselves, it's a joke.

He got elected because Obama chose him to be vp and we all know why. Obama must always look smarter than everyone else and he needs as many minions around as possible. A few things I'm curious about. Biden said he told his wife to go out on the balcony and fire off a couple rounds if she feels threatened. If these bad guys got past their Secret Service agents, I doubt a couple shotgun shots from a balcony are gonna scare them off. Too bad we don't all have armed agents outside 24-7. Besides that, her gun is now empty. If they are kicking in the front door, shouldn't they be met at the door? What if she is being attacked on the streets of Chicago?.....streets of DC? What could have possibly brought up that question in his household to begin with? Were they feeling paranoid and were trying to figure out what to do if a bad guy showed up even though they are already protected better than almost every person in this country? NONE OF IT IS TRUE! It's just more BS out of that fool's mouth to spew out to their worshiping public. Yep, they put the best person in Washington in charge of "gun control". They have made similar wise decisions in many other posts in that administration also.
Biden is nothing more than a "court jester" as far as I'm concerned.

Yes,yes, yes. Joe really does know what he is talking about. No need to do anything except pull one or two triggers. Old doubles are reliable and deadly. Pumps can jam, old Mossberg bolt action shotguns were slow and the clip was unreliable(owned one). Just load, point in the GENERAL direction and have at it. Easy and deadly.

I will stick with my 12 gage auto, Remington 1100 is one of the most reliable shotguns. It holds 7 shots 8 if I put a shell in the chamber but I don't keep shell in chamber usually.

You are obviously not a shotgun shooter. Even a straight bore gun, at 10 feet is going to have a pattern about the size of a grapefruit. It's plenty easy to miss a target. Scared, pulse racing, tunnel vision, adrenaline pumping... it's very easy for non-professional to miss. Hell, a professional shooter can miss in that situation.

A particular "dirty"load for waterfowling the only jams i,ve had with 870. Fouling on rear of chamber needed removed about every two shots. Spent brass expanding stuck. Fresh round fed no problem. I credit the design of brass and the powder type equally as cause, not knowing where greatest problem lies.
