AA, I don't know what they are called, but they look like the spikes that go into a bulldozer/tractor front thingie that breaks/aerates the ground. I found several like yours a couple of years ago, and they were ID as such. I threw mine away, but will see if I can find the pics. Breezie

Hey Guys,

The spike looking things are carbide tipped rock teeth for a rock wheel or asphalt grinder. These are used to cut trenches or cold plane asphalt / concrete. They are also found on stump grinders.

Man,I used to see those in my sleep when I ran a rock saw....had to change out over 100 of em everyday!!
