Just discovered my find is actually a kind of metal ore??

What kind of metal ore do you all think it is??
It is magnetic and has 'some' not all iron in it.

As someone who grew up on farms, I am going to agree with Terry’s assessment given on your other thread on this item.

The only way to know for sure what ore the mineral is composed of would be to have an assay done on it. It could have iron, silver, lead, gold, copper, manganese, molybdenum, and any other endless types of minerals in it. I definitely can see it has some iron in it. As for any of the others I listed.....
