I've gotten a bit of cons, and am certain i am around a gram or better of gold.......is there any easy at home method i can use to combine all the smaller pieces/flakes into 1 piece?

Lots of heat....to melt together....use map gas...(blue bottle)

I'm looking to do it with basic home tools, if thats possible.....i dont have any money at all right now to put to a torch.....also if i were able to find one, what would i melt it in?

Why melt it? it's usually more valuable in it's raw state.

Id prefer 1 larger piece. Not 100% worried on value as im sure its not that much anyway.....mostly flakes that were seeded and some small granules.....hard to describe size but non worth while.

Get a scrap of Gypsum board.

Drill a hole 1/2 way into it.

Put your goodies in the hole.

Put a sprinkle of Borax on that.

Heat it with propane torch.

Works for me. Map gas is better but it can be done with Propane.
