My mistake yes "Balli". I pulled up the NOAA site and was not able to locate the maps you were referring to. What were the map titles?

That's just it. You can't pull them up right now, because these particular maps are so old and obscure that no one has even ask for them up until now. The guy I talked to said that if I would make an email request, they would install them into their digital database. It will be a matter of days. Give them some time and check back later.
Two of the maps are labeled--LAGUNA MADRE, TEXAS, register 1476b, and 1477a

Sorry this is not the maps I was referring to but, it will do as far as the original ranch headquarters for the Balli-Singer ranch. Scroll up the island until you come to Deer I. , over on the island and just a hair south,you will see a dot, this is the authentic location.

Wow those are great. Santa Cruz would be the Ranch HQ on map T1476b? I also see the Singer homestead at the very bottom of T1476a.
