Jewelry Question...

I was curious to see if anyone could answer three questions about this for me. I found it out walking in my local city. It appears to be from a silver piece of jewelry. It has 2 hearts on chains connected to a little tag that says, "PLEASE RETURN TO TIFFANY & CO. NEW YORK 925" and on the back in little letters it says, "Tiffany & Co. 925". I don't know much about jewelry, other than the fact that Tiffany & Co is a big name. What I am wondering is:

1) What is it a part of?

2) What is it's value?

3) What is it made of?

It's hard to tell from your pictures but the 925 you mention is a mark for sterling silver. It looks like its a charm from a necklace, I bet the chain broke and the charm dropped. Tiffany and Co. is a well known jeweler I couldn't hazard a guess on the value. Maybe search eBay for some Tiffany jewelry. Good find!

Could be a knock off, see western and eastern treasures magazine dated:? maybe November of 2010, could be rhodium plate.
