It's been a good Spring!
It's been months since I last posted on here, but I've not had much time to go detecting until early this Spring. I've averaged about one day a week and I've been doing pretty good. Here's the best stuff from the last two months:
Wheat cents: 1917, (3) 1919, 1921, 1924, 1925, (2) 1941, 1942, 1945, (2) 1946, 1952, (2) 1958D
"V" Nickel: 1911
Buffalo Nickel: 1923S
Jefferson Nickels (old): 1940, 1941, (2) 1946, 1948, 1951
War Nickel: 1943S
Barber Dime: 1902
Mercury Dimes: 1942, 1944, 1944D, 1945
Barber Quarter: 1892 (my oldest piece of silver to date! - found 5/8/05)
Washington Quarter: 1944
Plus more clads and Memorial cents than I care to count!
All these came from the same area. I've found close to 1,000 coins there in about 6 months. I always look forward to going back there and it seems like I never leave without something!
