Yes, they DID Jeff, just before laying the rock and asphalt. Just, you were not there! My favorite spot to hunt is on a lot where they've cleared the top 4/5 inches off. An EPA thing at new construction. Puts you that much closer to the OLD stuff! Tnx. TTC
