Found lots of This kinda stuff. Metal detecting in a site of an army air Field. Practice training area base. And a base. Also forgot to say that it was a World war two base. In picture 2 it says A in the Green part if you Look closely. What does A mean CAN anyone tell me? Picture 2 and 3 are the same one. CAN anyone tell me if its shrapnel why is it like a tube so small maybe practice ones? Why i find so much of this? Different type Iron and Green and white? In picture 4 is it part of a battery what is the blue powdery stuff? And its white is it lead? What is the age this stuff? Some are white some are Green. Is it related to the base like army related? No.

What you might have are remains from Lahti L-39 Anti-tank rifle bullets that have shattered.

Between WWI and WWII lots of anti-tank rifles in 20mm to 25mm were tested and sone were more useful than others. In the image below the black bullets are painted iron with lead or brass driving bands to engage the rifling. When WWII kicked off they became almost instantly obsolete.

I think Charlie is on it. They may be the remains of some type of exploding bullets - like anti-aircraft ammo. Exact measurements might be helpful in the ID.

This is a 20mm anti-aircraft projectile.

Probably even more likely. Something from, say, an ubiquitous Oerlikon 20mm AA cannon. Better base measurement might help.

Oerlikon or Hispano Suiza 20mm are more likely than Lahti in the US. I'd assume H-S since they were used on American aircraft
