Can't find any ID on this coin, is it early Spanish ?? or does anyone have an ID please

I dont think so. I havent seen any Spanish like that. Maybe someone else knows what it is. Where (general aprox) was that found?
 

Yes, I believe it is but I may be wrong ;)

believe to be from Philip V era, from what I can match up with in my "books"

small denomination from (Ceca De Palma De Mallorca) known as diner (type 244) or dobler (type 242), numismatica espanola 8th edition. Info obtained from this reference book.

Though coins of this type are usually referenced: Majorcan, I believe they are also referenced as Balearic Islands coinage--that includes both the islands of Majorca (Mallorca), Minorca (Menorca) and others; Majorca being the largest.
