I found the Los Angeles Sex Shoppe token (far right) last weekend. Now that I pulled these tokens out of my collection I remember that both of the Heads I Win, Tails You Loose tokens came from different elementry schools.

Wine bottle coaster? I can't remember the technical term for them, but they are about 6" across and heavy. Often with a design in the center.

I think it's from the 60's or early 70's. It may just something to hang on a wall or set out on a coffeetable or endtable. I remember seeing art like that back then but I'm just taking a guess. I don't see it being that unusual.

The raised collar area around the central design makes me think it had a real function. Hence my guess it's a wine bottle coaster.

I didn't want to offend anyone so I put yellow bathing suits on them.

It looks like the back isn't flat enough for use as a wine bottle coaster. I do see the grove area your talking about, but take a look at how uneven the back is.

I'm not seeing the uneven back. Where is that shown? I see the rather uneven design which might make a for a wabbly wine bottle, but I can't make out the reverse.

I think this is a half shot of the rear.

After I look at a zoom shot it looks like the pottery clay we used in High School art class.

This is a zoomed in shot of the edited front. I would also think that a ceramic coaster like that wound not last long with me setting a bottle down on it, after a few drinks that is. But I'm only guessing.

Hey, that's why we have friendly debates as to try to narrow down what an unidentifiable what's it really is.

I think it’s an art plate that depicts the Cancer zodiac sign. I was born on July 11th and 69 and the Crab are signs for the zodiac Cancer. Just my guess.

I was tripping too, but if you blow it up you can clearly see the person on the bottom is a man and the person on the top is a lady. Without blowing it up you can tell by looking at the position the hands are in.
