Is this a 1909-s penny? --Pictures--

I got this a while back, not sure if it is a 1909s or not. I am 75% sure it is, opinions?

Edited some photos to bring out sharpness. You can see which ones are origional based on condition.

I think I see a 13 not a 09, maybe its just me though.

I read it as '13 D or '15 D

Not 1909 S.

I saw a 1915 at first. But put a magnifying glass to the image on my screen and saw 1917.

Still can't make out the mintmark (mm) though.

The mintmark is definately an S
