Is it worth anything?

Might want to revise your post so we have a better idea what you're talking about. Are you posting from your computer or phone? A picture will be more beneficial in telling us what you have.

My apologies. I am using my phone and i dont know how to post a photo. Its quite worn looking but the nickel at first glance would look like a penny bc of the color. I only noticed it bc i separate my pennies from the rest of my change and it was bigger than a penny. After taking a closer look u saw that it was in fact a nickel.

I've dug pounds of nickels that, after being in the ground for years, come out colored like pennies. You may have gotten one that some detectorist found and spent without cleaning it. Just a thought.

It's probably a dug clad nickel, rusted from being in the soil for a decade or more. I find at least one on most of my hunts.
It's worth a nickel unless it has an error from minting.
