Hi,

I'm Lisa also from Seattle. I have neen md'ing for over a year but got a pretty nice present yesterday (in my posts) White's M6. I have been finding clad and also go to a bonfire beach I found $1.10 today but get kind of bored there.

I would be interested in going out on a hunt with other people. My boyfriend likes to come with me but only has the patience to let me hunt for about 15 minutes.

Nice to meet everyone!

Lisa

Hey Lisa,
Are we talking about the same beach in Seattle? That would be a golden opportunity. PM me.

Just introducing myself. Mark from Tacoma area. New to MD, been looking on for awhile and decided to get off the fence and get my own machine.
I am also in Tacoma, and your welcome to hunt with me anytime. Detectingfreak usually comes down from Sammamish to swing also. I have also met up with 49er and a few others from the forum. Lots to dig, and the offer is always open. Luck in the hunt.

I'm in Federal Way. I try to get out here and there. I like to get out to Tacoma area and search.

I'm in the Everett area. Would love to get out and detect more. Have mostly been out to beaches and parks, not much private-property stuff as of yet. Hopefully will get to meet some of you local MD'ers at some point.

Been in the hobby off and on, for the last 30 years. Just getting back into it again. Have a Garrett Ace 250, Minelab E-Trac, and a Minelab Excalibur. I live in Raymond. It's the small town on 101 that you go through on the way to Long Beach that has all the metal sculptures of resident critters alongside the road. I'm retired and can go anytime almost anywhere if I want to put on the miles. Have kin folk who live in Wenatchee so I always ready to go there. Maybe everyone can do some research and try to find a spot for us to go. A club from the Tacoma area got permission to hunt an old Boy Scout camp. Something like that would be cool. Regards...Jim

Jim, a redneck from Shelton area. Been everywhere, done everything, and remember very little of it. I exaggerate slightly for fun, the redneck in me.
I have a garrett scorpion and been nuggett shooting and starting to add treasure hunting to my prospecting and rockhounding resume' (resume'?huh?). Prospecting in this state is called, 'small scale mining', so the state can't kick you out of the woods for calling it a hobby.
I like passing on what I know about prospecting and treasure hunting so it won't die out in the minds and hearts of the young adventurers. Belonging to a couple of clubs is how I pass the knowledge along. And meeting people in the woods with the same interest. Jim

scott in pasco, I usualy make a trip two times a month to lake Stevens, Everett Area, pulled some silver over there, getting harder thou!!
