In my experience whenever you're chasing a Kellyco chick called "Jamie" for her number, the solution has always been to call Kellyco...and ask to speak to "jamie please"!
It's a never fails kinda tip. No charge.

Welcome jamie, i think that the customer service is very politeand understanding when people call in, i am new at this and called them a few times with questions. each time i takled t a differant sales person and each time they pointed me in a differant direction with what they enjoyed or thought i could use. i havent bought one yet, i am in process of getting an order this weekend, i have been doing alot a research and gotten alot of great info from everyone on here. ooops didnt plan on writing that much, just wanted to say welcome. !!!!

I ordered the AT Pro, and I'm waiting ........They're on backorder, and I'm hoping it was mailed today ....the snow is melting mighty quick up here! Maybe you could out and call/stop by the guys at Garrett and get them revvvvved up for me so they work a little faster!

Hello Kellyco Chick... maybe you can help... I placed an order for a AT PRO with a coil cover, and a butterfly coil and cover for my Ace 250 over a week ago.. was told the order would be shipped on the 3/10... now they tell me it won't be shipped till 3/16... I asked if they could at least ship the coil and cover for my ace250 and was told that they would be happy to ship the cover, but the coil would cost extra to ship.... It's prime detecting here, and I'm kinda upset at that......Maybe you could get a better pinpointer thrown into the deal to satisfy my pain!!! Total cost is $710.... and it's gonna take two weeks?? HH M

I just spoke with Nivia-your coil & cover are being shipped first thing Monday (no UPS on sat!) and we are covering the shipping cost. Your detector is in transit & right behind it! You should be happily detecting by the weeks end! Thanks for letting me help!

The woman is for real.. As soon as she heard about my story she was on it. Kellyco sent the Ace 250 coil ahead at no extra charge and the AT Pro will not be far behind.....HH M Thanks Kellyco!.

I have passed along the Kelly Co web address to many friends and family. None have ever had an issue with product or service, but they always ask me what to buy. I think research is always best done by someone who knows what to look for. PS: WOW!!!!!!

Seriously though, Jamie, the KellyCo website could use a little fine tuning. But I like that they offer refurbished and discounted detectors. Would be nice if there was a larger selection of those. Some of us can't afford to plonk down a lot of money on something like that.

But I can afford to buy you a cup of coffee if you're ever in Washington...

You know it's funny. When I took the job I had NO idea I'd get so much response lol. My boss picked that picture. It's a nice outdoor shot. I was actually taking some photos of plants and such at Leu Gardens that day. Sorry lol..no bikini shots...but I can sure help you get a great metal detector!!! Have an awesome day!
