Texas Jay, you must really like to beat a dead horse. This has been hashed over and re-hashed several times, at least once on Tnet. During that discussion you were provided with the documentation about the law suit and the collection activities but you are once again ignoring the facts and making up your own ending.

It has been proven in several ways, including facial recognition that J. Frank Dalton was not JJ. It has also been proven time and again that Howk/Houk/JJ III/etc./etc. was a lier and con man. Howks "information" can be easily disputed and proven false by anyone with access to the internet and half a brain.
