Sorry, no ID help from me, but that is definitely a cool find. I bet she sounded pretty when you swung over it!

Super cool it could be an old Urn Aunt Betsy could have been resting in piece Slumbering away until us treasure hunters came along and pulled her out of the ground like a weed... LOL just kiddin around... That could be really old wow Thanks for sharing it!!!!!
 

I had a silver plated bowl very similar to that one. It came with a glass bowl insert and a spoon. It was called a Relish Dish.
