I'm really not sure at all what this is and I know there's a good chance if anyone can identify it, it will be someone here.. It is quite old and I'm guessing a couple hundred years by the patina. The gauge of the metal is heavy. It appears to probably be a part of something larger. The small end seems to be terminal, but the bottom has a trace of broken welds where it would have attached. It has some little holes that I think probably held hanging brass rings. It is open on both sides and currently would not hold liquid. It has four dragon motifs that are similar to the ouroboros. All comments and suggestions appreciated.
