Impressed with the Simplex plus update.

After a few hours with the new software I must say that it is a very worthy update. The new park mode 1 is clearly much more sensitive than park mode 2 it's like field mode with 3 tones, target's that just whisper in park mode 2 hit loud and clear in park mode 1. The machine ran nice and smooth at full sensitivity and park mode 1 also gives a very noticeable squawking sound on bottle caps as where park 2 caps sound very similar to quarter's. I think this machine is gonna find a lot of goodies all over the world. Happy hunting!

Equally happy, now I get to go back over my previously hunted areas, it's that good. With the current coil configuration, Park 1 needs to be tamed a bit regarding sensitivity in high target areas, when a smaller coil is offered, .... oh my, ....

I agree park 1 with a smaller coil will be a strong performer for sure.
