how about some thing like this

coin tubes. then dip the end in hot wax to seal it with some coins and the link to TNET and my name
i encourage others to do this as well.
ill have to see if i can get some half dollar size tubes tomarrow from the coin shop.
35 cent each i think.
i put a couple world coins and couple nice older pennys and a wheaty in them with the note.

Could use an Altoids container, it's already metal, and small.

I think I like the clear plastic coin tubes best, but I would use RTV sealer to seal the end caps. It won't deteriorate as quick as wax would.
And also : wondering if it's truely necessary to bury ALL of them ? A couple easily found, may help spread the word quicker or at least raise more curiosity.
We don't want to wait FOREVER to see results.............

maby ill put them in a couple of our Geo caches they are always hunting those

Plastic tubes sounds good. you could squeeze the ends together and weld them with a candle

Not to change the thought of a container but why not just use a
seal a meal machine and vacuum seal it. Then you could put in
anything you like and a note and not worry about it getting broke or
wet.

Just my opinion
Joe

I think Joe's got the right idea. Why not just use a rolled-up zip lock baggie....

HL

Wait! Why use a zip-lock baggie? Just wrap the coins in the paper note!

Then you can hope the finder doesn't destroy the paper when he is diggin' them up!

Just kidding. :D I think using some kind of plastic tube is a great idea.

That is an awesome idea I think, I also like the clear plastic coin tube idea. Bryan

Sounds great!
Since your a parks worker, keep your eye
on these guys and see if they are filling in those
holes. Be tactful, if they aren't.

Looks like you guys are happy with the clear tube idea,
and its definitely better than the pipe B thing...

Why not a coin and note in clear packing tape stuck to itself ?
