Almost always but you cannot trust the BLM Lr2000 or GeoCom either. Not accurate at all. Go to the local recorders office and what you seek is there,assessors office too. Mine out in the open,then phobias don't mess with ya. Crawling around in the bowels of the earth with a zilion other critters and such isn't in my top 10 either BUT greed does provide the need. tons a au 2 u 2 -John
