They dont look like they would be to hard to remove. Start by pulling the rubbers of first. Turn back and forth untill they loson . there are all kinds of lid losoners sold at dollor stores. Even a rubber tool to take of oil filters from cars will work. but be smart allways wear clove when working with glass
