My son, now eight years old, bought these round glass objects for me a handful of years ago for Christmas. He had gone into a shop with money to shop for my wife and myself. He was guided by well-intentioned ladies and came out with these donut-shaped glass pieces. The only wording they have on them is from a sticker that says “Made in China.” There’s a small, round hole in each, perhaps for a wick of some sort? 8C65706F-545C-4417-B72E-D2B610303772.jpeg I’m dying of curiosity and guilt to know what they could be.

This is my guess. - They were made to be filled small materials like colored sand or something similar and used to hold candles.

Thanks, RW. I think you got it.
Now what to do with them!?

Alexander Hamilton was never president but made it on the ten dollar bill anyway.

Yeah it looks like an oil lamp.

Great historical information Mike! :laughing7:

Mmmmmm donuts... now I'm hungry!
