I'll Take What I Can Get, And I Won't Throw A Fit!

Had to wait for the snow and ice left by our storm last Tuesday to thaw a bit before I could get out and make any progress. Here I am yesterday...

I did hit a few schools and skimmed the coil over the snow. I came away with a very nice, but probably plated and faux, gold colored ring marked "NVC", a kid's crushed bling ring, and some other typical finds for schools around here. (Token, foreign coin, zipper pull, key fob, and keys.) No sterling or gold in the last three weeks, I am just happy to get out of the house (I can only vacuum and dust so many times each day....)

Happy Hunting to all, hope it thaws soon for you too.

Good for you, , I'm not going anywhere for awhile. After the snow melts,, the ground has to thaw.
Nice that you got out, Congrats

I have to agree about getting out, anyway anyhow...Stay warm Sub, and a couple nice rings there!

Good to see you aren't letting the cold keep you in!

what is the ring stamped?
Manorman,
The ring is stamped with a hallmark, "NVC," and a size "8". It is definitely plated gold over copper. Maybe next time! Sub 8-)

Sweet rings !
