I'm not a big fast food fan, but this is what drive-ins used to be. Dick's Drive-in They still hand cut the fries, serve malted milkshakes & the burgers are real beef.

And if you're ever in Rosedale, MD just north of Baltimore, check out Dick's Halfway Inn. It's a bit of a dive bar but the people are nice and the beer is cold.
