Identify this bullet for me?

I can't seem to find an exact match for this bullet online. I found it in a park that has been around since the mid 1700's.. same park I pulled an 1819 large cent out of. I would be greatly appreciative for any input.

Also, after a day of digging nickle signals, there were actually a couple of nickles in the hole instead of all pull tabs for a change... gooood day today!

Just a guess, with out a measurement. I am think a modern 45 long colt ,38 or 32.

Sorry. I added the bullet with a bottle cap for scale. So not an old bullet? It was rather deep (8+ inches down) and it's all white like older bullets. That being said, I don't know the first thing about guns and ammunition. For all I know, this could be a piece of candy or something.

I really hope you aren't saying that because you tasted it and it was sweet........

What would be great if we had a measurement across the base and the weight in grains.

Without the measurement and weight hard to tell.....wild guess here .45 long colt
