ID LEAD

Found some lead in a Civil War camp today and I cannot ID any of them. All of them was found real close together. The U shaped one has got marks in it like it was has something screwed into it Do you think it could be from a exploded shell??

Could it be part of a sabot off of a Artillery shell.Maybe carved up.Just a guess.

Cordite is in bundles of twisted cord. You can see glimpses of what looks like that.
