I dug this metal detecting at an old church in Atlanta GA it is lead if you look at the first pic it has some designs like little lines I believe it’s threaded in the middle hole

Not a church bell pulley; those things are HUGE.
Something smaller.

not likely a pully if made of lead.

Line spacer/separator pulley. But if the hole is threaded. probably not...
