Decided to use up some chicken thighs and make Sauce Piquante. The picture doesn’t do it Justice. 😋Me and Phideaux (the dog) gonna stay inside.

Dark roux, okra, onion, peppers, celery, Rotel tomatoes, turkey broth, cajun spices with flour-dredged & browned chicken thighs. Hot sauce added in too. Will serve over rice. 👍🏼
