I think I'm going to like my F75SE

I have maybe 4 hours on my F75Se and I think it's a keeper. The light weight lets me hunt longer without hurting my back. I've been using the 5" coil and the depth is amazing. I'm finding square nails and bits of lead at 9 and 10 inches. So far I am only hunting areas that have been really hammered over the years because I want to learn to use this machine in areas I am familiar with. It really impressed me tonight by locating 2 rings (junk) in a park that is covered in pull tabs. The target separation of the 5" coil is great.

Good deal, phs! I was going to buy an F75 when they first came out. The dealer was picking up interference from some power lines about 50 yards away. He didn't know why it was acting up. I had to point out the reason. I did not buy it from him.... someone who couldn't figure out simple stuff like that. Have fun with it. TTC

I did buy a Fisher F75 SE when they first came out and I still like it. ;-)

I am still learning to use it, but found 2 silvers this week. a 1935 Mercury and a 1910 D Barber dime.

time to listen

When ever you are digging trash, take the time to really listen to the audio. In time you will start to hear small differences that can allow you to identify some of this trash before digging it up.

Of course you have to use a good quality of headphones
