I went beeping today, eyeballed this in a driveway tear out.....
Seems to me that it’s a vintage car light fixture, but I don’t know if it’s an exterior part, or if it’s a dashboard indicator.....
Any info appreciated!

Glass or plastic? Possible map or glove box light.

I was thinking the same thing, but what keeps the thing taking off like a rocket. I don't see any grooves to lock it in place.

Edit - In Plug N Play's picture you can see the groove that keeps it from turning in a rocket.

That’s what I was thinking, it is glass....
But the consensus is a coffee top percolator, which is nice, cuz I like coffee more than old cars.
