Made on one of These for a Quarter.

You put a quarter in, Turn the Dial to a Letter,
Then Pull the Handle Like a Slot Machine, to stamp the letter in.
Then Repeat Until You
Spell Out what You want.

You can Probably Date it. As he probably Created it, Shortly After Gratuation
From Medical School.
