I scored. Let's party!

I was walking my dog right before dark last night when I made a great but unusual find. My property borders the Sierra Natl Forest so I always walk up the forest service road. Earlier I had heard some kids partying, yelling, & spinning donuts with their cars right above my house. By the time I walked up there they had gone but I spotted what I thought was trash left behind. On the side of the road was an almost full case of ice cold Budweiser. Yes!!! They must have put it on the ground next to one of the trucks & then drove off.
I wonder what the neighbors thought when they saw an old lady walking out of the forest with a dog & a large case of beer?
All in all I got 25 cans of Bud. Not as bad day's haul.....

A large beer find happened to me only once.I went out deer hunting, walked my usual route down some old railroad tracks to get to the spot i cut off out into the woods.Theres a spot where the kids park and party and low and behold an almost full case of molson golden.Yup its a pain carrying a shotgun and a case of beer when the box is torn and falling apart, had to figure it would be bottles too.

Crusin,
Both memories are pretty sweet thanks for the share. Many years ago back when I did drink beer my buddy and I were hoofing it back to camp right next to this ice cold river, we had made a pact that we would not touch the water till we were at camp and had made ice tea, we wanted to see how good the IT would taste when really parched. My buddy was in hiking mode and strode right past this little 'cooler' made of rocks and river water. I had to stop and look at what I'd seen or thought I'd seen. Yup 8 cans of Colt 45 Stout Malt Liquor afloat in the water. Hey Scott you Want a Beer? We both had one and in our condition we could no longer hike so we had another. It was an interesting backpacking trip and another beer find along a cold waterway......63bkpkr
