I say split the damn State

turbidity, being matters suspended in liquid, measured in ppm's,are the "plume" of muddy looking water downstream any serious mining op.they settle out almost immediately,to the great disapointment of all the fish that are always present, due to the smorgasboard of food available there, and the prospect of a nice cool nap in a newly dredged deep hole in the previously stagnant turtle pool type water.thats the difference, what we know, what they been told.if you can enlighten one person,do it.

Thats right Patches,I guess I shouldnt say "no",turbidity.........there are allowances but there is also instances where sampling must be conducted and sent to a Lab for analyzation.....at your expense of course. The way they are operating I am sure they would raise the bar above all other activities

there was a water rebellion early 1900's,1912,1915.around then, you know,farmers/ranchers of the owens valley, blew up some new waterworks just constructed there by los angeles.owens lake is gone of course.there was once an ore carrying steamboat crossing this lake, taking the rich cerro gordo ore to the smelters,at swansea i think.and is under that lake bed somewhere, carrying her last load of rich ore.mono lake soon began to disapear as well.on an average day, with no scheduled flooding being done,1/10 of the trinity river is allowed to pass.the other 9/10 of trinity river is diverted through clear creek tunnel and added to sacramento river project.then eventually perhaps to water all those lawns in lush greenn souther california.most of california would be desert without the water needed by the salmon.all particular strains of salmon that spawned/were spawned above present day lewiston dam on trinity river are extinct.so there went half at one stroke.the rest do what they can with silted over spawning areas(redds) and high temp water at spawning time, because of mass diversion.some might call it theft.or compound theft,as cannot access my mineral deposits under the 1/10 trinity river.i just pay the taxes now, hmm,so having ahem diverted all their water from my river, and at my expense, the state of southern california now schemes to charge me for pumping water out of the ground on my own land.starting to see a pattern here.or,am i paranoid.lmao

sooner or later, the good people of America will wake up and see whats going on,and maybe/hopefully do something right about it! untill then, enjoy what you have untill they lock you up and take it from you!
