relics really get my blood pumping! Hit an old site today after some serious rain last night and targets were practically jumping out of the ground at 6-9 inches. The one piece eagle button is my favorite, gold washed with an I on the shield. Says "extra strong plated" on the back. I'm thinking war of 1812? The musket barrel band is cool and the other piece is just awesome to me. Looks like a piece to a musket, solid brass with an F and a * on one side. The other side has BP on it.
