This newbie has 3 feedback points and i want to make it 4.
But remember sellers can't give negative f/b because buyers are all saints.

I need a scathing "positive" comeback.

here is my sale
Lots of Watches Bulk Battery Watches 4 Pounds Free Priority Mail as Is | eBay

I have literally sold over a dozen of these and everyone was happy.

here is what he wrote
i was not expacting that kid junk you will send it to me i was realy craps

Obviousally he is not American born or he flunked out of 3rd grade.

As an eBay Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.
Send a email to ebay to remove the feedback, tell them is derogatory, as it says craps. They just might...worth a shot.

One thing if any body reads that, they will have a good idea of whats going on.

you need to escalate your complaint thru ebay..if your not sure how.. call them they will help you thru it..I always call cause they will put notes in with it so when they reveiw it your a step ahead of the dumb a $$ .. I had some neg feedback all was removed

This is always my fear with selling on eBay, your listing was very well put together and explained that these items used and non-working! You never know who is buying your items. I recently sold a pair of turntables for over $800 and the buyer never paid! They had no feedback but I thought I would give them a chance, had to open a case with eBay and I relisted and sold them to another honest buyer. I received positive feedback right away from this user, I would also contact eBay to have the feedback removed they will do this since your listing is accurate and the buyer is new!

" i was not expacting that kid junk you will send it to me i was realy craps "

Wow -

First of all, the typos.
Second, the cursing.
Third - - - What the hell were the expecting again? From a lot of "buy as is" watches. Holy Moly - You'll be fine. As other are saying, if anyone actually reads it, they will know exactly what is going on.

Sorry to see that Cyberdan. eBay is loathe to remove negative feedback, even when obviously
undeserved. I have 1 negative feedback from some guy in Puerto Rico who was the only bidder
on a pc game strategy guide that I was selling. Puerto Rico is blocked in my seller settings, so
I had no idea how this guy was even able to see my auction. Well, prior to the auction ending, I sent
him a very short polite note letting him know that I had no intention of shipping to Puerto Rico. I also
contacted eBay and was told that they would remove any negative feedback should that happen. I got a terse
response from the bidder stating he expected delivery If he won. Well, he did. He even paid for the item. I
promptly refunded his money and was hit with undeserved negative feedback. I contacted eBay and spoke to
several different people. I was told it was an error in their system and that it would be removed. It wasn't. I
called back and and finally spoke to a "supervisor" and had a very long conversation based on facts. How did
someone in Puerto Rico manage to bid on my item when I clearly blocked it? Turns out this guy had multiple
shipping addresses linked to his account. One of those was in the U.S. I would have gladly shipped it there had I
known or been provided with that address. Never mind that I contacted eBay before the auction closed. Never mind
that I was told any negative feedback would be removed. eBay made it very clear to me that about the only way they
would remove the negative feedback was if I would make nice with this guy and ship him the item. Sorry, not happening.
I simply responded to his negative note by saying it was retaliatory for not shipping out of the country. I don't make my living off of eBay, so I got mad and got over it. Now I clearly state in any auction that I only ship to the continental
United States. I hope you have better luck than I did.

It seems I have been hearing a lot of similar stories lately......

I have yet to have a conversation with ebay that was helpful. Reading things like this causes my PTSD to kick in.

Why do you only ship to the continental us? I have made many sales to Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Paperwork. I can't be bothered. The post office too often resembles the DMV ( California joke). The last
thing I need to be doing is additional paperwork on top of everything else associated with selling. Again,
if I was doing this for a living, maybe.

I don't think you would need any forms. Hawaii, Alaska , Guam and Puerto Rico etc etc are part of the U.S..

Just not the part of the continental US.

I live in Simi Valley, California. The nice people at my post office have told me more than once that anything I ship
outside of the continental U.S. (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico et al) needs a separate form filled out for each item. I have
never sold anything that I could only sell to one of those areas, so I just skip the step.

Personally, I wouldn't really worry about it. When you deal with the general public things like this are bound to happen. I think anyone with half a brain could read his comment and see right away that it's not exactly a trustworthy review.

All three of these are considered US. Two states and a possesion. I've shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, never had to fill out anything. Someone is bs'ing you, I don't think the people at your post office are too nice for doing that.

This is a life lesson that may be one of the most important of my life.

Never fully believe anything unless you see it/experience it for yourself.

As a personal rule I try not to sell to buyers without at least 10 stars that are current and strung together . Have no fear of this hunting your reputation on eBay . Just explain the situation to eBay and give them a few days to remove it . This happened to me a few months back when a buyer said I shipped poorly and the purchase was broken . On the contrary I over pack, over tape and even double box and brown paper the shipping carton so I knew the buyer was trying to rip me off. My only fear is part swapper's who'll either gut your item for the part they need or swap the item out and send you back their old junk .So just chill out and let eBay earn their fees , all will be fine. HH , Woodstock

Hold off on blaming Ebay ...

It's a huge organization with millions of sales . There is other ways to post then that it goes out of the way to be a terrible company when it goes out of the way to be a fair company to every one . However , trying to sort out the tons of complaints and issues filed some don't get resolved properly . So before you jump on the Ebay bashing wagon think about all the others here and elsewhere that have never had a problem and you'll see that this is a pimple on a bug's butt and only needs the seller to ask for this feedback to be removed . IMHO , Woodstock
Wow, ebay really goes above and beyond the call of duty to be a terrible company

There I revised it to be less subjective

....only needs the seller to ask? Did you not read my post? I was proactive before the sale. I played by the rules, had my settings in place and still got hit with negative feedback. Like cyberdan said, we can no longer leave negative feedback for buyers. What's up with that? And more importantly, allowing multiple shipping addresses seems like a scam waiting to
happen as well. Maybe I just got a load of bs from both the post office and ebay. I'll go back to my original intent with this post: I'm sorry that happened cyberdan and I hope you have better luck resolving it than I did. Please keep us posted.
There is a story there as well. Thanks all for the comments.
