Stoney...This is the same place that I told ya'll about a couple of months ago. I haven't been there all summer, waiting on it to cool off a bit. And you know me toooo well, Stoney! :D I did say it! LOL!
Jeff.......Details on the ring....has the name of the school, and the school happens to be about a mile up the road and the date on it is 2004. Looks like he is a scholar, an athlete, and in drama. It is a junior high school ring. And it was rather easy to find him. As you know, I called the scout master, told him the initials in the ring and he recognized them! Easy! So he called the persons house for me, the Mom answered and apparently she had no idea it was lost. Woops!! LOL! :P She called him into the room and asked him and he told her yes, that he had lost it quite a while back...but didn't tell her. :P Scout master says he still attends meetings when sports and school aren't a time factor, and I will go to the next meeting....hopefully he will be there, and return it to him. I hear that the Mom was VERY happy for him to get the ring back .....that is, after she found out it was lost! :D

I went back to the boy scout building this evening to return the ring. Got there before their meeting started and chatted with the scout masters and some of the boys that had arrived early...the first question from one of them was, "Hey! Did you bring your detector?!" LOL! "No...not tonight." The young man whose ring that I had found came up and I think I was more excited about finding it than he was to get it back! But he was very nice and thanked me for returning it. :) Done.
