I Found Badger and Pirates Treasures and Mary.....

DiggerBug and I have gone huntin a couple of times this week. On Tuesday I thought I was going to freeze my butt off! Weatherbug had said, "It's gonna be 45 today", but nooooo..after we got back home I checked and it managed to make it up to 37. Now think what you will, but those few degrees makes a big difference to this Bama girl! I found Badger from Milwaukee and a 'play money' coin. Thought that coin was neat cause it has the date of 1954 on it and on the back has a shield with some Latin writing on the bottom. Got one wheat and the usual change and of course a bullet and other doodad's.

Might have to try that electrolysis stuff I just read about on this one!

After our short hunt on Tuesday we decided to scout the area and see if we could find another site or two to hunt. Rode around and came to this park..

So on Wednesday we went back and stayed there for a few minutes. Found my pirates treasure and a couple of kiddie rings and some change and decided to move on.

Around the corner from that park is another so we settled to spend the rest of our time there. I found my first ever religious medallion! Was excited about finding it. On the back it says Italy and Chapel. More change and odd's and ends. Had lots of fun!

Hey There! You & the Digger Bug must have gotten warmed up a little diggin up all those goodies. Very Nice! Just don't freeze off anything critical. It was 45 degrees here today but the ground is still frozen solid for 5 inches.

Mirage...perhaps you are right! I didn't wear a hat or gloves or any feet warmers! :P Just kinda figured thermal undies and a coat would do it! Now I have a cold.

Monty...I know! I thought the same thing when I first dug it up! Thought I had made a really big mistake! Re-scanned the hole just to make sure nothing else was down there! And you know that bullet was just for you!

Civil & RR...number 17 is the biggest, ugliest ring I have dug so far!
