I've done a lot of research, looked at old maps, etc. I live in Cincinnati, a really old city. This structure is in the city but secluded by a patch of woods and this wall is right behind two sets of rail. It was at one time part of a complex train station structure that is built along a hill. The first route to go through Cincinnati and the first train station in Cincinnati I think. I just can't see this thing as just being a wall though. What do you guys think?

Jeff this thing is very secluded and abandoned I highly doubt the feds are watching this unless they themselves are using it for something lol

I'm guessing the image is that of Cincinnatus, for whom the city was named--in an indirect manner (another story). Lucius Quinctius Cincinnatus (born about 519 BC), was a Roman general, statesman and farmer. I can envision seeing his left leg from the knee down in the second pic. Just above the knee, I can envision what appears to be a rolled up scroll. He's wearing the typical robe (toga) of the day. All that before my first beer; amazing.
Don....
Exactly! I bet this relief carving is actually a door, and inside that door is a bunch of loot left by 1930s bootegging gangster's! ALso containing a real scroll with a treasure map and directions to even more loot :) man that would be awesome haha.

(Hypothetically) what is the most effective way to penetrate through the door to see if it is hollow? Some sort of drill? Notice there is a little section where the relief is already chipped off exposing the concrete behind it so little damage would be done to the structure during the process (hypothetically speaking of course)lol

davidk, back in my younger days when I lived in KY, we would go up to see the Browns/Bengals game in Cincy, then spend the next couple of days exploring the subway. That was years before the urban exploration became the big popular thing it is now. Back then there was tons of druggies back in there, and around one of the entrances was obvious gang related signs, which indicated some low lifes hung out there.
Be careful back in there, its been 10~13 years since I was in there, and some places can get a little dangerous.

The last I had heard about the old brewery district was that one of the main old buildings had caught on fire, and they were going to build a new shopping center and turn the area into an upper class condo association. Back then you could detect the little parks, and of course we got into the buildings to explore. There was one little park in particular I remember that had a king like guy with a beer mug, and was supposed to be some fabled guy who had something to do with beer.....
