That part im not to sure of.I would love to get into it myself,i have the knowledge but not the equipment.Though i do paint houses for a realestate guy,i put the bug in his ear that if he has a clean out to do let me know before hand,that i'll make him some extra money by looking at stuff and sorting it out.As with everything else knowledge is a big key,you dont want to keep a 100 dollar item only to toss a 1000 dollar item.

I've been watching someone's YouTube videos that lives here in town and he has some sort of estate cleanout business where he acquires all sorts of nice items which he then sells on eBay. Most of his auctions state that the item is fresh from an attic. I will make it a point to run into him next summer and shoot the sh*t. I do know that he only has a van which he uses for the cleanouts.

That would be such an awesome job for a while. Surely if the finds weren't enough to keep you going though, it'd get old. Of course, not all houses are dream houses.
