I dug two outrageous silver pocket knives today hunting an abandoned apple orchard.

I haven't found beauties like these in a long time .. Come to think of it, I don't think I have dug any like them in my 50+ years of metal detecting.

I have to do a little more work cleaning them up, but I love 'em!

Thanks again everybody for looking and commenting. I appreciate that! I was hoping to get back to the orchard today, but the rain put a damper on that idea. Weather permitting, I will get back on Saturday.

Thanks .. Yes.. both still have their blades, but they firmly and permanently rusted in place.
