Spent the first portion of the digging season metal detecting with minimal results. I returned to the old village in the woods 2 weeks ago & did better. Badly broken points were most common last year, but I found this fella without much trouble. Got home, cleaned it a bit - Yeahh?!? A fossil aswell! I collected fossils in the past & it's nice to combine the 2 hobbies :} Found about an hour north of Toronto.

These were from last week & another nice point. A really slick Jasper thumb scraper too! HH

Nice points and pottery with really nice designs on it, fantastic.

Thanks willjo. Funny to me is I read a post here on T.N barely a week earlier with a nice point & a fossil & said to my friend how cool it would be to find one!
