I am sorry if you think I was misunderstanding your post. I did read it slow and read it more than once.


Your thread title mentions a negative K-co post then states they lost a customer. Did anyone else read that same post Isn't that what it states??

My only question was if you then said, that if you didn't have any problem with them putting the picture in, why would they lose you as a customer?

I found a 1992-D Silver dime in my change, traded it for the DFX, in the long run the guy with the dime got the better deal, but still true, I bought the DFX for a dime!!

strange about the catalogs...I bought ONE detector from them back about '86 and still every once in a while get a catalog from them

It's your dollar, spend it anywhere you'd like. Don't let anyone tell you diffrently. K-co has always been fair to it's customers and I'm sure they agree with you that they indeed made a mistake
by not letting you know ahead of time that you would be in their summer catalog. Anyway, take the FAME and run with it! This may well be your one and only 15 seconds in the Lime Light.
